Editable Rectangle Tool is a mogrt file created inside after effects for use inside premiere pro cc v. 2019. Since no perfectly editable rectangle inside premiere pro is currently available, we created this mogrt as a temporary tool until Adobe fix this and enable advanced editable rectangle shape with full features. Currently when scaling on x and y axis separately, rectangle shapes with stroke, the stroke width changes illogically. That also happens with responsive rectangle pinned to text.
