30 Motion Blur Presets

Text Motion Blur is a package of 30 Premiere Pro 2019 Presets. Included is a video tutorial that shows you how to use these presets on adjustment layers or directly on text or graphics. Important is the speed control. these presets are scalable, which means the longer the adjustment layer or clip they are applied to, the slower the preset animates, and the shorter is the adjustment or clip, the faster is the preset.
